Job Description:
Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Get new clients, set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Responsibilities:

*Get new clients and manage client's business growth
*Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans
*Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
*Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
*Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate client force to grow their businesses
*Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
*Assess the strengths and weaknesses of client's business
*Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
*Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
*Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
*Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions

₦90k-₦150k

When did you take the assessment

Finally a thread, been looking for those that did the accessment. That accessment was kinda long and I don't know the yardstick they will use to score it. I hope to scale through tho, as I heard kudi is a cool place to work.

I feel one should bother more on when they will call. Because, they can just leave you here till next year. I don't even think any staff will know when they will call for resumption except the staff in HR. We keep waiting

In as much as salary or remuneration is very important, I'm very much concerned about the long wait or ghosting by the company after interview. So tiring honestly.

Glo is a very disorganized company. Early 2019, we did aptitude test at lagoon restaurant, then 7 subsequent interviews in which candidates were being dropped. We met shongo wawa then took passport for ID cards. Omo up till today we were never called to start. I don't know what's wrong with that company.

�����. I think they are trying to reduce cost nowadays, before now, if u get posted outside your state of residence, u get relocation allowance. But it has changed. Na to get work first before person dey talk of those ones.

I did the Aptitude test/first interview on 23rd Dec and was invited for final interview the next day 24th Dec, at the end took pictures.

Haven't heard from them since then, anyone in thesame boat or have been called this year?

Like last month,? I did not do any aptitude test, just a phone call, and zoom interview afterwards. It wasn't stated if the interview was final or not
