I didn't actually visit Thomas Estate anyway. I think any of the newer estates around there would be good though. Most have arrangements to pay higher for more stable light.

Most houses in Thomas Estate are old and not well maintained, though there are few new ones... May i ask where in Lekki? I mean the area you found? Light in Ilasan area is very stable though rent is pricey as well

No. Decided to get a place in Lekki instead. Much more costly but worth it for the stable light, safety and quicker commute.

If your priority is electricity though, check out the estates (e.g. Thomas Estate) - they usually have constant light but you'll pay more.

As to electricity though, I had been made to understand that light is very good there and some estates even have constant light even though the residents pay higher rates.

I'd really appreciate if you could help shed more light.

The bolded says it all.... If you have proof that a brand new item of the same quality and brand posted by a seller is sold at a lesser price than what a seller offers, then u can post your proof to alert buyers or politely call the seller's attention to it. Chikena !!

I've been on this thread for about 2 years. Self appointed policemen like Zuraking have come and gone. I just laugh when I see people responding to him. He spoiled his initial good work when he started bullying people and thinking himself a god with his bullish attitude.

Like I'd always say, not every item here is for everyone. We can call out those phone sellers and clothes sellers that Spam the thread everyday, we can call out people with outrageous prices, but bullying sellers?

He even said he'd buy a bike less than 50k because of clearance thread. I laugh in scam and premium tears.
