Tinubu was the worst performing governor of that set. Roughly 4 years ago. The economy is really terrible now.
Where are you living? Am sure it's not in Nigeria. Last year old layer is 4k, cockerel is 12-15k and broiler 15-20 in Ibadan.
This year old layer is 7k others range from 20-40k denpend on the size.

Food is supposed to be the most basic commodity.
