And this didnt start today. There is a reason why Doctor Beko ransome kuti was called the first of PHC. He was the one under the Babaginda administration that pushed the drive for States to have a PHC closest to the people and most States followed suit.

Stop talking as if na only Lagos has PHC. Funticional PHC for that matter that attends to mother and child delivery.
