No she is not a problem, but she the foul was needless and pointing that out is part of watching the game. And no, that action was not goal bound, and there were bodies behind her to shield our defence of necessary. She'll learn from this experience and grow, but don't make it seem like we don't know what we are talking about.
She’s a defender baami, any player could’ve done that regardless of the bodies behind her, na we wey dey watch dey see these things not the players, we are aware that there were bodies behind her but she was just doing her job, if the ball had not gone in we wouldn’t be discussing this, but we are because it led to goal. My point is some criticisms are unnecessary.

Same foul committed by Demehin against the Japanese is same that the Japanese did to Ohale now, she no blow, but blame Demehin
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 5:16pm On Jul 31, 2024
SamueItem337:
We should blame ourselves?
Nobody send you to watch ball, if you no sabi watch ball without blaming a player for doing the needful, then there’s no point watching, she did what’s needed to be done, referee blow, dem score, finish.
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 5:04pm On Jul 31, 2024
Lmao!!!!!! Now Demehin is the problem for doing the right thing, just because she tried to block a goal bound shot and foul a player in the process, should be blamed. Omo, some people here should be watching Tele-tubes instead of watching football
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 4:54pm On Jul 31, 2024
lovewins:
Lol

Demehin again costing the team with very useless fouls
Don’t mind her jare, she should have allowed the Japanese player to play the shot from that place, so when she scores we can blame her proper for not blocking the shot
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 8:02pm On Jul 28, 2024
Going forward, Onumonu has no business being on this team. She can’t seem to get anybody right. She’s a paper weight, she’s easily disposed off the ball. She can’t even stand her ground.

These girls can ball!!!! I wan cry. These girls dey gimme joy!
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 8:00pm On Jul 28, 2024
if you indeed watch this match and you have the temerity to criticize these girls after this game. May thunder fire you and your generation both past amd present and the one to come.

If you watch this match and you feel another African team would’ve done better against this Spain, may your generation never amount to nothing, waste upon waste go be their own.

I’ve always criticized this team, but judging by what i saw at the last world cup and what am still seeing, these girls don’t deserve any form of bashing after losing by whiskers to World class teams. Yet some idiots are still criticizing them, what else do you want? Make dem die?
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 6:59pm On Jul 28, 2024
The girls want to play Nd same time don’t want to get complacent. Win or lose, these girls dey gimme joy. Thank God we have a team full of Young girls, make we just dey build dey go. Make dem leave Randy Oooooo! Na beg i dey beg. Make dem no derail progress.

No Ashleigh Plumptre, Halimatu Ayinde or Rofiat Imuran too.

If only we'd taken our chances vs Brazil
Imagine what we could’ve achieved with these players around
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 6:52pm On Jul 28, 2024
Hope Randy is retained sha, Man really knows his onions. Though we’ve not been really impressive, but these Girls can ball. No team in the world i repeat no team in the world will walk over these girls.
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 8:08pm On Jul 25, 2024
Omo i really wish Ohale is still in her early 20s, the partnership with Demehin go sweet die. Demehin is a Gem!!!!!. Abiodun is gold. They all tried, the team need some tactical tweaks. They haven’t done badly, but still can’t understand why you have Oshoala on the bench and you dey bringing Onumonu, who she wan trouble? The Payne sister that came in towards the end of the game should be starting.
SportsRe: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper:
Me i no dey understand all these criticisms i dey see Ooooo. These girls are not doing badly for me. They just need to take their chances and concentrate
