I think the MODs and Nairaland are displaying the reason why human life values nothing in Nigeria. In a sane country, that corpse would have been covered up.

In a sane country, the family of the deceased will sue whoever published these pictures online.
I plead with Seun and the mods to apply caution in posting pictures of dead people and accident victims. It goes against every ethics of journalism or even against the norms of a civil society.
Many a time, these victims have families and loved ones and these gory pictures do not depict how they would want to be remembered by their loved ones.
Even victims who survive these accidents go through psychological trauma and have life long psychological scars, many never recover from the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Many go through nightmares.
Could you imagine a girl who had gone through great stress to make up and look good, then probably became a victim of an accident, do you think she would want the bloodied mess of her body to be on display everywhere on the internet?
Or may be a mourning mother who just recovered from the sad loss of a loved son on opening a Facebook page, incidentally got to see a religious post with the inscription against the picture of her son's body in a jelly of blood and tissues, "Type "Amen", if you don't want to be a victim of accident this year".
Sad sad! Please, Mods take note.

trained her from HND 2 till nysc, though she used to assist me in my ond days wen things were tough for me, because of a little argument,she asked me wat have i ever done for her,this was sum1 her mom said she wont go to HND,told her to go get married,she cried and cried no be small,na so we stay together,buy text books and everything,even bought clothes for her,feeding and everything was on me for more than 4 years because after service we were still together, d day she made that statement, my head spin,she apologised sha,but i lost interest in her till i had to call everything off,we still talk till date but,it has made me to mind the way i help people.
