Let me tell you from experience why most naija guys arent muscular.

For you to hit the gym as a guy and have the power to lift a weight, you must first have rest of mind and money in your pocket to eat good foods. Without the both mentioned, you would lose interest. So tell me, how many guys does hv rest of mind and loaded pocket in this present day naija where life isnt fair to the pocket?

Good Morning Ladies and gentlemen,

Nice topic, however my opinion on this Boss King is: People go to the gym because they want to look good, not necesarily because they are rich or comfortable. Its a culture, a habit, its like brushing your teeth, you must not be rich to brush your mouth and you must not be jobless to also brush your mouth. An average Nigerian's mentality is: If you going to the gym, you are jobless or have so much time on your hands, the same people who say so, can spend hours in the bar with friends gulping beer under the guise of talking business or socialising.

Another belief system that does not make an average nigerian guy look like that is the believe that once you are made, you should have a pot belly and look chubby, anything short of that means you still hustling. I know of a mid aged dude who takes how he looks seriously, he looks like a Spartan warrior and has a gym at home, one time he went home for a festive period, his uncles had to call the wife to advise her for letting her husband look starved... ...why? because he had no rotund tummy after years of marriage and kids...Its us, its our thinking, its our mentality.

It give me joy when I see some of our artists (Iyanya, D' banj, P square and the likes) today imbibing that cuslture of looking good despite their busy schedule and riches (its not easy). Hopefully someday most nigerians would have a different menatality to looking good and not view it as joblessness, or the "You no get work" syndromme

Finally broke my cardinal rule....Never fight (trade) on a Friday.

This dude (NZD/JPY) had some impressive moves, we fought for over 24 hrs and I was still not able to get anything outta him...It all ended: -14 pips and -0.2% hit my account...

Summarizing my entire feud for the week:

TRADES : 6
GOOD TRADES : 3
BAD TRADES : 3
PIP GAIN : + 228
% GAIN : +1.8%
%ACCURACY : 50%

Phewwww....Alas, my slashing accuracy is coming up...This is where I shealth my sword,walk back home and feast on ramen, I sure need all the energy while I focus on the remaining two weeks for the month

How was your night?...I trust good. The postion I took yesterday on AUD/JPY is doing well, I have locked in some pips, just incase anything funny happens. This morning while sipping on my Sake, another fight (NZD/USD) is at hand...I am going into this for quick gratification.

Risking 1% and gaining 1.4% if it hits target, however it may not hit its target before I pull out of the fight...oh by the way, thanks ones more Mrikay for advicing me on stating my direction...I am buying this pair, but like I said...its a high risk trade
