I stand to be corrected, David Mark has been in the senate now for quite a long time, why his he still going for another term, isn't there a time lapse for being a senator? Hanhan, am quite tired of him as a senator, Infact I was speaking with an idoma person (Whr David mark came from) and he said the guy has not done anything noticeable in their town except for the Radio station he has which he Name Joy Fm (and that's also the daughters name) See this article below from someone: David Bonaventure Alechenu Mark, Nigeria’s Senate President, is one of those extremely wealthy soldiers produced by Ibrahim Babangida’s settlement philosophy. Fate has blessed him with an “illustrious” career. He has been on a money feast from the Nigerian people for a very long time. When he got tired of the money game, he graduated to loftier preoccupations: pocketing elections. Thus, in one of those only in Nigeria self-destructive travesties, the occupant of the third highest office in the land actually never won any of the elections that got him to the National Assembly. Like others, he is a beneficiary of the PDP’s phenomenal rigging machine. He is openly pretending not to eye the presidency in 2015 but, deep down, he won’t mind adding tenancy in Aso Rock to his personal legacy of rigged elections. In the meantime, David Mark has graduated from stealing elections to being lucky.http://www.premiumtimesng.com/opinion/134776-where-did-david-mark-get-the-funds-for-his-private-university-by-pius-adesanmi.html |
Afam4eva: Posting adverts of inspired motors on every post you make is spamming. If you want to advertise then put it in your signature rather than directly on the your posts.Ehen, Afam oga diriginma... What am saying is that, I saw one this guy on the forum, have forgotten the name on his username, but what I know is that there's this guy "something something something" that directly put advert of inspired Autos and his link on every post he replies to. He's done it over time and I was like following his footsteps. What can you say about that? |
No Bail For Suspected Arepo Pipeline Vandals A Federal High Court in Lagos has refused to grant bail to the suspected vandals of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) pipelines in the Arepo area of Ogun State. The Presiding judge, Justice Mohammed Idris, in his ruling on the bail application of the accused persons, said that the suspects’ argument for bail on grounds of ill health could not succeed as they failed to provide the time and circumstances surrounding the argument. The six accused persons are Joel Inerepamu (25); Reuben Oluwole (60), a community leader in Arepo; John Isaiah (28); Ineye Okposa (40); Timi Gunugunu (22); and Saheed Mudashiru (25). The prosecutor had alleged that the accused persons had vandalised the pipeline and scooped large quantities of petroleum products for illegal sale. Apart from vandalising the pipeline, they are also charged with killing three NNPC engineers Corporation on 5 September 2012. At the last sitting of the court on 4 February, the prosecuting counsel, Friday Ibadin, had urged the court to disregard the accused persons’ application for bail on the grounds that the offence of murder, among others, with which they were charged attracted capital punishment. Justice Idris has however ordered an accelerated hearing of the case and fixed trial for the 13th of March. The accused persons will remain in prison custody until the conclusion of their trial.
