bigtt76: How is that a problem?

It's a problem coz it's affecting so many of us. I called one of d numbers on d site & was told to wait till next week. I also sent a mail to d support email address given & was sent a reply stating that my payment hasn't been confirmed yet. Payment that I made in a Union Bank branch that's over a week now.
I hope u now understand d plight of d oda person.

I just left the bank I paid into(Union Bank) some minutes ago. Went to complain about d anormally & was told that it's from the site. That I should keep on trying. I actually wanted to be sure d Validation Number I was given is authentic!

chummygirl: please when i try printing out my acknowledgement slip it keep saying "Your acknowledgement slip is not yet ready. Please wait up to two working days for complete processing of your payment and try printing again". please what is the problem? cause its more than 2 days now. i actually paid on the 24th of this month. thanx

Pls, how far with it. Have u been able to print out. Coz I'm experiencing the same problem here. Paid since last week wednesday!
