Let president Tinubu supervise the nnpc crude oil liftment to his and other modular refineries, since he his the minister of petroleum. Edo refinery is also facing similar challenges cos the refinery has be completed ever since. I may not really like Obaseki but I give him kudos for the foresight by partnering with investors to build that refinery. Shame to other big oil rich state, who couldn't take advantage of non functional state refineries over the years to float one. Delta, rivers, bayelsea, and akwa ibom can conveniently build at least 200,000 barrels of refineries. What this states has received from federal allocation since 1999, thus not commisurate with development. If one of this major oil producing states have build a refinery, nnpc cannot denied them crude oil supply cos the governor can easily mobilize the state against the federal government. Any state who build, would have been super rich by now. States in America, Venezuela and co, build their personal refineries. All the governors from those major states are shameful from 1999 ones to current ones.
