Never heard of too much acidity before. I don't know if Gascol will help

You could use antacids. They will help greatly.

My advice: go green, make sure u eat alkaline meals a lot. Like cucumber, avocado, kale, persely, Cabbage etc
And avoid triggers for a good amount of time. Once ur stomach lining is OK, U are good 2go. But take acid stuffs in very moderate quantities.

Get Gascol Antacid, or Gestid Suspension.

Were you told you had this?

In your stomach? If so, a Proton pump inhibitor would help. Omeprazole, esomeprazole, lanzoprazole etc.
