Please which European countries can one go to have a child, at present, that will confer automatic Citizenship on the Newborn?

There's none that does that. Citizenship by birth is only engrained in the Americas. That's all of north America plus south America.

NONE... no European country works that way.

To put matters straight, if you don't have Papers in Europe, your children too will not have Papers- If you have, then your children will have... simple

USA used to do that but I think that they have stopped it. For European countries, it is not automatic, there would be a lot of hurdles to cross.
