I have the following advice for police and other law enforcement agencies.

1. Dont wear uniform to and from work. Go on mufti.

2. Don't go in groups. Go alone.

3. Set up sand bags at your station and mount guns ready for any showdown

4. Ensure no parking around your vicinity.

On a serious note i think this is the hand work of well trained men and not esn. Unfortunately kanu is addicted to publicity, show off, loud talk. Rather than absolve his men, kanu will claim responsibility for action he knows nothing about. That why i always view him as a man who does not think b4 talking. He has no plans for actualization of biafra. Give him 3 more years, he will fade off like massob
