from the beginning was a man and a woman. i wonder why some men will now be marrying many wives, of couse there will be jealousy among the women.

Historically, even B.C, women population were more than men population because of constant war and famine and more war because its men that go to war.

There was a custom then in middle east where it was advised that men marries more wives so that many women will not go unmarried since their population were more than men.

Even till now, world population of woman is more than men by 1%, though the gap is covering up.

I still dont see any reason for polygamy in present day
