I went to withdraw 2k from a POS and got debited twice Have been to the bank to complain and was given a printout please what next?
I hope the POS agent won't be saying they have to go their own bank Because my bank was saying the money is with them. I hope with the printout from my bank I should get my money

This thing is very tricky, I am a POS agent and let me tell you this, the POS ppl are as worried and scared as you are so don't take it out on them. There is two things
1. The money was debited from your phone but not credited in their account. In this case report to your bank so they can do what is called reversal
2. The money have NOT YET entered their account BUT could still go back later, in this case you have to go friendly with them and tell them to balance their account for the day and see if they have any abnormal excesses
NOTE; Dont fight with them because its your word against them and they will almost always have the upper hand

The pos agent used two pos device for the transaction, one was successful and the other declined, but I got debited in both transactions

have collected the printout stating that the second transaction was declined but I got debited and that the money is in their account.

My bank told me to go collect my money from the pos agent

I got the printout today but the transaction happened since February 28
the printout was showing the money was reversed to the pos agent using opay account on the 4 and last updated on the 7
the pos agent is telling me they didn't see the transaction(the money being reversed)

if u have the means u can take them to police provided u have enough evidence, but considering the small amount of the money u might sadly have to move on, but talk sternly to the POS agents

Am on opay POS agent, if you saw on the print out that the said amount was reversed, it means you have to take it up with your bank...
Opay reversals goes to the customers bank account not the POS agent account.
