The earlier missionaries who came when the Igbo culture was very much unadulterated knew that the closest equivalent of Satan to be "Igwe'k'ala" and "Kammalo". These are the actual demons or Satan in Igbo theology. Igwikala or whatever the right Spelling is means, "The fallen one from the sky" and Kammalo represented the opposite of "Chukwu okike abiama"
