First what you observed are symptoms , not the root cause ,....those drivers behaved liked that because they know they can get away with it , and whose faults is that ? Government

Take those same Nigerians , put them in dubai or atlanta or London watch them drive , they would obey every law ...that's even too far enter shell RA and watch how Nigerians drive there

Humans are not naturally well behaved ...it's in our nature to find the easiest ways for us and not care about others ....that's human nature ...we need to be forced to do the right thing


If the fine for breaking traffic was say 200k withdrawn from your account based on your bvn every month or withdrawn from your company account so that they can withdraw from u ...I bet u no body would break traffic rule

The job of op is not to maintain law and order. Always mind your business. In civilised societies, police officers would have the driver arrested. If you remove law and orderliness from developed nations, you would see anarchy. It is job of government to endure law and order are maintained.
