Prominent northern Governors are loyal to him @Ganduje, Zulum, Niger, Kastina@PMB command, Middle belt will go with SW decision and will want to avoid another Hausa/Fulani rulership..
Kaduna will flow with El-rufai, him and tinubu will end their rift after primary election and fight for a common goal coz of their own political future..

Once atiku win, elrufa political future is at stake so he too ll have to join the Fight.

So be objective and dont just say North will go for North just like that it's all about the calculation.

Esp Osinbanjo on the ticket will make all sane human, youth and co, who have been avoiding election , even u urself will want to come out to vote Osinbanjo. Na d matter

Buhari stayed in the north and contested three times without winning. He won the fourth time after he left the north and reached out to build political alliance with southern leaders like Tinubu. Nobody can win the presidential election by remaining clannish. Same reason Wike is spending Rivers state money on Sokoto and other northern states.

Unfortunately, the way our electorates think and sell their votes, Osinbajo cannot be elected so he won't even contest.
