Residents of Ogun State have cried out to Governor Dapo Abiodun to fix the bad roads in their areas. A day after, he disclosed that steady progress was being made on the Panseke-Adigbe Road project, adding that the contractor has paved asphalt from Panseke to the Nigerian Navy Secondary School. https://dailypost.ng/2021/03/29/ogun-roads-in-pitiable-condition-residents-cry-to-gov-abiodun/ 1 Like

I stay in Ogun state and I Tell you, majority of the roads in Ogun, except parts of Ijebu ode, and parts of Abeokuta, are much worse than even roads in Aba..... It's not hearsay.... I stay here... I've stayed in Abeokuta, Ijebu-ode, Sagamu/Ilisan Remo, and Sango Ota.... You see Sango and Agbara..... Don't even go there... Their roads are heart breakingly dilapidated..... Dapo Abiodun is a misfit, infrastructurally..... 83 Likes 7 Shares |

Gozzzy: Absolutely right! Sometimes I wonder why Ogun governors past and present have never deemed it fit to fix roads in Ota, Agbara and Ifo LG areas all of which generate so much in terms of revenue for the State. All emphasis is on Abeokuta sadly. 43 Likes |

south east and south west are the worst region with bad roads, i wonder what their governors do with the allocations they collect monthly, later they go blame north for their underdevelopment instead of holding their criminal governors responsible. backward regions 3 Likes |

Honestly, I begin to wonder how behind Ogun state that is close to Lagos state is lagging behind when it comes to development. The same issues and complaint by the resident keep resurrecting every 8years, which mean, the citizens have been voting for backward leaders, who only know about looting for their generations yet unborn. In this 21st century if not 100%, at least 80% infrastructure in Ogun state. No good roads in Ogun state No light in major part of Ogun state where companys can establish them self. Security is an issue No potable water supply No light. These are the things Lagos and other better state have been able to put in place before you see companies establishing themselves there. Gov. Abiodun, it is your civic responsibility as the number one citizen of the state to make sure that all these are in place. Write your name in Gold not in paper. 14 Likes |
