It looks like the illiteracy in the government is becoming too much they cannot if this stage anything correctly just look at the barrel of the gun they are using paper insulation tape. When you fire 30 bullet through an AK-47 the barrel reaches 200 degrees paper insulation tape catches on fire at 105 degrees.
