The Speaker, House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, has called on the federal government to look into and implement some of the suggestions made by the All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on important national issues.

He made the call in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi, on Monday.

Gbajabiamila, who was quoted while speaking on the 12th Bola Tinubu’s Colloquium, which he participated via Zoom, said Tinubu’s suggestions on how to tackle some national issues be “practicalized.”

“Today, we have listened to him and picked from what we have learned and what we have heard.

“I want to say let’s practicalize those things and get to our Eldorado in Nigeria,” he said.

It could be recalled that Tinubu was quoted to have called on the federal government to ease some of its economic policies which he said are bringing untold hardship on Nigerians.

He was also reported to have called for the recruitment of 50 million youths into the Nigerian military to tackle security challenges facing the country.

A slave suggestion doesn't hold water before the master, it's more like not suggesting at all as the master will sees it as a big joke.

Gbajabiamila is right, the government should try Out Tinubu's Suggestions On National Issues by first of all enrolling all Gbajabiamila's children including his grandchildren and all Tinubu's children including his grandchildren in the military to tackle security challenges facing the country.

Shame

Tinubu's masterstroke for solving unemployment is to recruit 50 million youths into the army and give them guns.

Imgine the number of illiterates in that number. Giving them gun will create rom for them to become armed rogues.

A large number of the recruits will be from poor homes. Mothers crying over the death of their children.

Who will now work in CBN? Children of the elites?

The south west put nigeria in its current mess. I hope they will look beyond ethnic lines and support a competent youth.

After all, army no look tribe for lekki tollgate.

Igboho, Afenifedollar, IPOB and all PDP militia wings should better know that Yoruba will not secede or go to war in Nigeria. Yoruba is going to Aso Rock come 2023.
