The First Secessionist In The Zoo..the Man Who Saw Tomorrow! by UnabashedIPOB: 5:44pm On Apr 02, 2021
Provoked by the shabby treatment visited on Chief Obafemi Awolowo by the Fulani-led Federal Government during the Independence Day Celebrations in 1960, Mr. Modiyu Adeniyi-Osinowo, a 27-year old Headmaster led a one-man campaign that Yorubaland should separate from Nigeria as Pakistan separated from India. His words: "Let's have our own Pakistan. If they could rubbish Awo like this, sooner or later, they will be defecating on our heads... let's have our own Sovereignty". Osinowo was assassinated 5 years later.

Folks, I posted this article for those of you who are bereft of your history to understand that irrespective of what the EVIL BRITISH empire might make you believe, DIM, CHUKWUEMEKA OJUKWU was not the first and only secessionist. The brave Yoruba man, Mr. Modiyu Adeniyi Osinowo, (AKA the man who saw tomorrow) was the man who understood before anyone else the enslavement tendencies of the FULANI, hence he called for secession of the Yorubaland. Having said that, let me ask anyone who can muster the courage to give a well articulated response to these questions:
1. How can people be averse to secession?
2. What are you seceding from?
3. How can you be seceding from a country that's not even as old as the people who are running it?
4. The country of your ancestors was not Nigeria, so what are you seceding from?

So, please do not see secession as a bad thing. It's a good thing especially when staying in the Zoo is killing you.
