Kovacic made mistakes but it did not lead to goal or a red card.. Jorginho's mistakes led to Silva's sending off and a goal.. He also made other significant mistakes in the 1st half

No it will not. When you are one man down, you need athleticism to cover overloads.

Same reason Jorginho has no business staying on the pitch. His game is about possession which is not as effective when you are a man down.

But honestly speaking this West Brom side is very poor. Chelshit can still win it if they eradicate mistakes at the back.
