you're lucky this option worked for you, I tried samething when I was experiencing the freezing but it didn't work, not until I removed the screen and paste it back.

As a true fan, I am not bas mouthing the product, the phone was in my pocket during a physical exercise I sweat and I think the moisture got to it the next thing I noticed phone was blinking and off it goes.and never came back on.

from what you wrote above, I think the sweat has entered some vital part of the phone... when you noticed this you should've taken it to a phone repair engineer to service it.

My a7pro is giving me problems up till today just 5 months phone

After I updated the phone earlier this year ever since then the earpiece speaker stop working, sometimes it work sometimes it doesn't work, now it has stopped working finally.

2 the reboot by itself whenever I'm using.
The reboot usually happens 30 minutes interval

I brought this phone strictly for my business but disappointed

It hang most times

Please can anyone help me out with the issue of the speakers, and the cause of the rebooting
