Toke Makinwa has said an effective marriage or relationship is down to best of luck
The media character clarified that there are no plans for an effective marriage and a lady could go to all the marriage courses, read every one of the books on the most proficient method to make a marriage fruitful, and even do everything right, yet it will not work.

She said this while responding to one more course advising ladies how to be more attractive for men.

Toke said it is the obligation of the 2 individuals in the relationship to make themselves attractive and invest energy attempting to keep what they have.

Madam accidental marriage counselor.

If it was another reasonable person that said this, I would have understood... Nothing in this life succeeds based on luck. You work hard for anything you want to be successful.

How come success in every other aspects of life is not down to luck, but marriage is? Habba!!!

She’s correct.

Women can do all they want to make themselves a good match but it takes two people to make a marriage work.

Finding two people who equally want their marriage to work and equally want to make the other happy is luck and a blessing.

I ageee totally that we need more courses and such to teach men how to be good partners. Too many men are going into marriage unprepared and don’t know how to be a husband or what great responsibility is expected of them.
