My friend always classify those that refuse to search the scripture but rather base their knowledge on what their pastor say as "three wise men christian". From a PR stand point sharing gifts is a good way to earn customers loyalty in the interim but getting your aircrafts back will earn you better patronage in time.

Not being overly critical of the video, but managers and business owners really need to learn how to address customers.
These guys paid for the flight, as we know now flights are not cheap. Telling people that you are using an international plane on a local flight "just to help you" is TOTALLY WRONG. You are not running a charity organisation. People paid and deserve to be served not "helped". How that is done is up to you.
