After updating my Tecno pouvoir 4 android version, the minimize/recent app button stopped working. How can I fix it.

mine was caused by too many apps on my phone and the RAM couldn't take it. it started working after I uninstalled those apps, those it took some days.

Reset the phone? someone said it in the comments that they uninstalled some apps and it worked. Im sure it is a glitch.

check carlcare

factory reset your device, but if its a hardware problem then you may have to visit carlcare for a fix

yeah, lagging due to lack of storage can causer that too

will there be any difference if I move files form phone to SD card?? cause I have 5gb space left on my internal memory,still the same thing the minimize is not working

sure there will, you can also use your phone master app to clear cache and junk files

I took it to an engineer he did some things on it (I think setting sha) then off and on again.now it's working well still with the Android 11 version which means it did not downgrade.
