Honestly speaking with regards to tech, Nigeria should not even be in your options with regards to job opportunities. Those three skills listed can be sold remotely for some sweet dollars . Cybersecurity is very okay if you can acquire the relevant certifications. CISSP, CEH et al. Theres a huge cybersecurity professional shortage worldwide presently. Depending on how great you are, you can even get employers abroad to sponsor you from Nigeria to come work for them.

Web development is a branch of software development. Web development is very wide. Frontend, backend, platform development. It is endless. I would say if your pocket isnt heavy on writing exams and getting certifications, go for web development. If you have a lot of money and you think paying for certification exams and sitting down to study and pass them isnt going to be a huge problem, then you can go for cybersecurity. They are both good.

Yeah true. It also doesn't really have a straight learning path unlike things like web development where you could draw out a road map for yourself. It's very very wide.

You're very correct...
One should learn things that are relevant and easy to get in(I personally did a lot of mistake last year learning languages with little openings) .
And according to mackynaija , "if your love for CS has not waned, you can reroute ", I will reroute though but let me chase the mulla first

Even the web development is very wide. Me I have chosen my own side and na wetin I go do till I tire. I cant kill myself.
