It would be good if all these bandits go to jail....or get killed...but let's be honest, at some point, we would have to offer some form of amnesty to these bandits.

Now before you all abuse me, let me tell you about a guy from Liberia named General Butt N'KD. This guy was responsible for the deaths of 20000 people, and confessed to canibalisim, and actual human sacrifice. Where is he now? Free...and wandering around. A pastor even. He got rehab and got free.

At some point, we have to offer rehab for these bandits, Boko, IPOB, millitants, etc...whether Nigeria splits or remains united. Sadly we can't get rid of all of them...so rehab, and hope that at least for 60% of them it would change them,and we can worry about the remaining 40%.
