They can decide to birth the last two kids on same date as the First (April 8th) if their delivery is through CS. If the expected due date EDD is end of April, you can decide to have them 3 weeks earlier as long as the foetus is at least 37 weeks.

The conception date is a big factor though. Only God can accurately decide that.
