Good morning everyone My mom account was tampered with on wednesday. A sum of 20k was debited from her account and she didn't get an alert. But when she got to report to the bank today, she was told that a pos transaction was used to withdraw the amount. But her atm was with her. She's currently depressed cus that's the money left in her account. Please someone who can help us track the transaction. |

The bank said there's nothing they can do about it? How true is this? Is there anything we can do? |

abi did someone use her Atm for the transaction, kept it back and deleted the alert or is the banks fault ni? |

SugarCake:she said her atm was with her. But she used the atm few days ago at a pos point to withdraw 17k and she got an alert immediately. But Wednesday own was different, the card and her phone was with her all through |
