A bricklayer with a labor should be able to set 80 blocks in a day. #3k for the bricklayer and 2k for labor.
3500/80 = 44 approximately.

This is the average concrete block a bricklayer can set in a day; some that are very fast can set 100 - 120.
If you want them to set block faster, use counting payment method; although it has a lot of disadvantages
