It's not about immune system or diets. It's about managed healthcare for the elderly!

In the developed healthcare system, elderly people with chronic diseases receive specialized healthcare services from different healthcare specialists, from physicians to pharmacists that supply their drugs, to dieticians etc. All these add up to improve their overall health outcomes and quality of life. Same does not apply in our clime.

You seem not to understand my opinion.
In advance countries they take their health very serious right from their youthful age even when there are no symptoms. Therefore at old age it's easier for the physician because they already have a back record for each patient.

Unlike here in Nigeria where we only visit the hospital when we fall sick.

Besides, diseases at old age doesn't just come out of the blue. There usually started way back.
