How can a bank give out a loan of #800 million without a collateral to the tune of the said sum. This is pure fraud in which the bank directors are involved. The officials of the bank should be arrested for the role they played and not this man they used.

If the bank truly released N800m cash to individuals, then they have a hand in this fraud already. The normal thing for the bank to do was to procure whatever goods/equipments on behalf of the clients and not give them the cash at least not to a private individual.

Poor case, EFCC will lose this already, this is a case of they owe bank If they declare bankruptcy case close! The bank failed to do their own investigation or if not the bank staff are amongst.

Issuance of a dud cheques is a criminal offence. They even issued multiple dud cheques.

We still reeling from same shock here in Kano..
A Yoruba guy defrauded us of over 200million and has gone missing for over a month now. He claimed he is into rice and other foodstuffs business.
He took advantage of our trust as over 20 people have invested in the business since 2019. Though his wife has been apprehended and is looking at jail term, we just want our money back..some of us collected loan to invest..
