An advice, stop calling it a farmland because nobody will pay 250k per plot for a “farmland”.

Merely let people know it’s a developing residential area since Adrons home is already in the area and it is just 20mins drive to FUNAAB.

The fact that it is shares close proximity with Adron Homes estate and Funaab is a plus to it.


However, it is unprofessional to sell or call a land exclusively meant for farming residential area.
