Chinese contractors are top in the world. If you want international quality contract delivered on time and quality- you give to chinese. Small little contractors we give it to Kenyan contractors.

When a contract is given out - the profit margin that goes to China contractor is maybe 10% - the rest is spend on materials, staff, and name it.
