The matatu will be there and BRT will also be there, people will have freedom of choosing between the two without any condition. As you've seen kenya teachers score the highest in the assessment - generally getting 98 percent when they sit kids exams.

There are many reason including the fact that of 100k plus PRIMARY school teachers - more than 20K are graduates - and many are in school earning degrees.

Those are primary school teachers. About 1 out 5 has a degree! The rest have teachers training diplomas!
