For this meeting, I suspect that El Rufai has been anointed by the cabal to replace Buhari in 2023. As usual, the Fulani knows their ally. What surprises me is how obtuse southerners who think power is coming to the south are. Fulani are no fools, even though they're not too smart. They'd rather die than give up their perfect advantage at maximum domination. An ethnic group controls Security, Legislature, Judiciary and Electoral body against all known principles of national character and fairness knowing silly Nigerians would tolerate it.
