He was left with life changing injuries. He cried out to his kinsmen. They kidnapped some expartriates and demanded a particular amount. A Warri base lawer brokered that deal.

I passed through this same road on monday around that hr, the mopol stationed at the bad portion not far from idi ayunre are just their to extort motorist & not to checkmate kidnapping along ibadan /ijebu ode route. You must be living under a rock. Southern criminals have basic sense at least. If they set out to kidnap, they plan targeted kidnappings based on assessment of victims most likely to pay them bigger ransoms.
