No,I was on my casual clothes (that's my style though) but it doesn't hurt to dress well as always.
So you can choose whichever you feel appropriate.

I got the first email (pic attached) after the panel interview on Tues, 13 April. I then proceeded to click the link and successfully fill the form.

However, when I checked my spam box today Sat, 17 Apr (I routinely browse through my spam box to see if any "official" mail was marked as spam.) I saw the second mail which directed me to refill the aforementioned form. It was sent on the same day, 13 April, but it didn't deliver to my inbox, so I didn't see it then.

I just hope it is not consequential

No specific timeline. Training school begins May, so all recruitment process should be done before the end of this month. Access have a specific number of applicants they want to recruit, news is that a large percentage of those who wrote the first exam failed, so they're still sending out mails to previous applicants so as to reach their final number.
