EFCC should do its job on these sugar and cement scandal. Everyone of them including BUA must be investigated.

My own is that anything Dangote put his hand price will skyrock, example are sugar, salt and cement. Now he is about to put his hand in fuel God will help us.

I don't know but the article said a strategic place! so probably somewhere they can access crude oil and also possibly somewhere close to the ibom seaport(if its even functional)

I see no issue here. Do you know how many Chinese companies do business with Nigerians. Besides, a lot of French people speak fluent English.
