Meanwhile, Nairobi expressway cost has jumped from 525 million dollars to 620 million already and the project hasn't even crossed 10% yet.

By the time they finish your expressway, the cost will be at 1 billion dollars plus.

For my own personal opinion, Lagos is more developed(infrastructural) than Accra but Accra is slightly cleaner than lagos.

On greenery which I believe is one of the top yardstick for beauty measurements, Accra will triumph over Lagos.

So when we file all the yardsticks in that regard, Lagos will come up on top. Talk of economy, infrastructure, population etc.

Afua Sunderland Childrens Park, Legon Botanical Gardens, Lakeside, Weija Lake, Sakumono Lagoon, Teshie Lagoon, Densu Lagoon and etc.
