Eko Atlantic after completion will no doubt be one of the most developed city in Africa. Acquiring a property in the fast developing city will a good option for most Igbo investors in Lagos.

Investing in properties like Land, Estate, Industries, transport facilities (shuttle, cab) and schools will be highly favourable as the city expand in size and population.

As Eko Atlantic is nearing completion, it could be a very viable economic hub for every investors and particularly Igbo's who will always want to maintain economic domination across the nation.

With the price properties there go for, those who can't afford it don't care about this petty childish sentiments you display.

They make decisions based on ROI.

Why must you target Igbo investors in your caption? Because they are developers? Or is it because they agitate for Biafra as a country of their own but unconscionably buy up estate all over Nigeria which every other tribe in the country hardly do ? The message of this caption should be clear to Igbos. Put your money where your mouth is.

Igbo's agitating for a separate country does not mean they can't own a property on other parts of the country, they can get Biafra and still maintain ownership of their properties. don't tell me you still live in fear of 1970 abandoned properties.

Seems the OP is just waking up. Igbos already own over 70% of Eko Atlantic, go and look at land/property registry. The first landlord at Eko even before foundation was laid was an Igbo man.

Now they are calling on the developers to help them develop their land. SMH. They know who control the cash in this country. Times have changed, Igbos will rather invest in SE or outside the country because of the hate and evil going on this country against them.

Point of correction i am from anambra, save these lies for someone else. Plots of land in awka are not selling for 20 to 30 million. Unless you want to tell me that the sheer number of houses currently being built in awka bought their lands for 20million. That's not possible considering the large number of houses

Another chest beating thread.

Buy up high-end real estate with fan yogo and gala business or 2x2 okrika shops. The biggest legit trades of these guys are spare parts business that is if the business is not a cover for illicit drugs.

But Igbo own Lagos with those chicken change. cheesy cheesy

The Chinese and Lebanese are one of the biggest foreign investors in Lagos and I have never seen them for once fight for Lagos leadership, brag or call Lagos a no man's land. They respect their hosts despite coming with millions of dollars.

Dangote investment alone swallows all Igbo money in Lagos, I am yet to see him insult Lagos king or make funny remarks about Lagosians.

Real people don't make noise.... Empty drums love to be heard.
