Same way fishes are leaving ibeju lekki waters due to dangotes refinery. Soon, water contamination and environmental pollution loading when it begins operation. For this ogun pollution, it can be fixed if they care about lives. |

The air pollution created by burning old vehicle tires is highly carcinogenic and is guaranteed to shorten the lives of anybody who inhales such terrible pollution even for short periods of time, talk less of actually residing within an area where such environmental terrorism is practiced. To anyone who has wondered about the long-term effects that Nigeria will suffer as a result of taking enormous financial loans from the People's Republic of China, look no further than the particular case being described here in the southwestern Nigerian state of Ogun. This slow and painful death of an entire community, as a direct result of reckless and greedy Chinese criminal factory operators, is tragically but a foretaste of what the entire continent of Africa will experience in the very near future if the Chinese are not sent packing back to their fatherland as an urgent matter of physical survival for an entire race and content. Throughout the continent of Africa, the Chinese have shown an absolute disregard for the lives of the indigenous people, as they callously plunder the continent for its natural resources, while setting up industries that spew concentrated poison into the environment. Illegal mining activities of Chinese criminals in Ghana have destroyed rivers that for generations provided drinking water to millions of people. Using heavy equipment, Chinese miners have uprooted cocoa plantations that have for generations been the primary source of income over large swathes of the nation of Ghana. Concurrently in the Democratic Republic of Congo Chinese environmental terrorists are destroying Africa's largest contiguous areas of tropical rainforest, in their desperate search for hardwoods that are shipped back to China to the absolute detriment of the entire continent of Africa. To all Nigerians who reside in the Diaspora, and have the ear of the international community, now is your time to save your country from the depredations and environmental catastrophe gleefully wrought by the parasitic Chinese wherever they go on this fragile green planet. Put pen to paper and write to Greenpeace, The World Wildlife Fund, and the EPA in Washington. Bombard the Nigerian federal government and the state governors with waves of petitions, alerting them to the primary responsibility that they have above all others, which is to safeguard the lives of their constituents. Allowing Chinese criminal entities to invade Nigeria and destroy the quality of the air, the soil, in the rivers just as they have done in all other African countries they have infested, will have repercussions that will reverberate for generations to come. |

This is disheartening, the authorities appear culpable, the people need to take a stand and fast. |

Is Leo Li also resident in the community? If yes, no problem. If no, no problem. Whether yes or no, just cut off the moth*rfuc**er's d*ck and feed it to the dogs! What a devilish way! In saner climes, ... Modified Prof2007 you need to repent. How can you post something more than Soyinka's PhD thesis for us to read?! Anyone who read half of that thing should contest for president of Nigeria because his patience and determination precedes 5000 BC! |

Won't be surprised if the company is owned by Chinese. It's their M.O "seek and destroy" zero regard for people, zero regard for the environment. It's all about profit for these people. |

hermesprogidy:The scary thing about the Chinese is that they offer loan-shark money to impoverished governments worldwide, to be wasted on various white elephant useless projects. The Chinese KNOW that such loans, with their inflated interest rates, can never be repaid due to internal corruption, so they simply wait until the loans are overdue, and then move in to claim LAND, natural resources, and political power. The poor nation of Montenegro in Europe, is now about to become a Chinese colony, because that nation is unable to repay a massive loan that was squandered on a highway that was never even used, and which ends in the middle of nowhere. Now the Montenegro nation will fall under rulership from China, whose nationals will then move in to plunder and pollute that small nation, to their heart's content. Zambia, in Africa, now BELONGS to China, by the use of this same trick, and if care is not taken, Nigeria too will become a Chinese colony, when those gigantic loans taken by Nigeria from China, are not refunded per agreement. |

The community should get a good lawyer and sue the company with proper medical evidence. He will be shut down after paying damages. |

Deasegun19:do you know how much step the residents have taken before they invited the press? The problem is not with the residents but our government that approved the establishment of such industry where people are staying. Can they allow such to be sited at Oke-Mosun or Ibara GRA? Definitely No. So the residents have taken all possible step to gain the sympathy of the government but all to no avail. |
