If Arteta fails to win Europa he should be let go at season's end. You just feel he has maxed out his potentials and I cannot see in him the aura of attracting top players to a club not playing in Europe next time around.

Arsenal needs quality all round. Players, coaches and perhaps management. Every person in that club has failed.
