Stop lying to yourself, Ghana only have 12,000km of paved roads compared to Kenya's which is 21,300km. Your ministry of roads said that out of the total 78,000km of road network, only 16% of it is paved. Where do you take your gold and oil money if you can't even build roads in your country.

first of all, Ghana have 40,000 km of paved roads as at the end of 2020.

Secondly, That makes 40% of Ghana 109,000km of roads to be paved.

The energy you are using to make noise here at least you could have used to advise your government on how to increase road pavement beyond 12,000

Secondly 80,000KM of it is classified

Thirdly, 40,000km of total road network is tarred (that is almost 40%)
