No it was just a chat, they just asked Why Wealth management and not any other department, then how my current job alligns with wealth management and also a challenge I’ve faced and how i overcame it.

No, but it should be competitive for a graduate trainee in the financial industry coupled with the experience, trainings and exposure. My guess between 100-150k net.
