In working country like Kenya - trust me - you cannot dump dust on neigherbhood like that. Yes trucks in Kenya are COVERED. Do you have something like NEMA?

In Ghana, whenever you here Dumsor, the region that is first and worst affected is Greater Accra.

Next in line is Ashanti region.

If it's not resolved the other regions to feel the dumsor are
Central
Western and
Eastern (excluding Akosombo).

But all the other regions regardless of the situation enjoy better electricity supply than Kenyans so chill.
