You are misunderstanding this, we are not asking for 100 leads a day, in fact, we are not asking for 100 leads a month.

Assuming you have 10 Businesses (leads) and list 300 items for each, you have reached your 3,000 items mark. So in essence, it's just like 10 lead a month, with some businesses, you are allowed to even list up to 600items, so that means, you only need 5 of those lead a month.

Abi.. That is uploading 3000pictures, 3000 descriptions of the items, etc. For 30k. If it is 300 per month the 30k is ok. But 3000 should bring in like 300k. But the economy is not smiling everything is on the higher side

It is difficult to explain to you if you don't want to understand.

If a staff employed in the company thinks uploading 100items a day is too much for a 30,000 a month salary, then that person needs to try to be a private school teacher earning 25,000 and compare the work input.

We think our offers are fair, and we know we will never satisfy everyone, we have already received more than 50 applications from interested individuals in the last 24hours.

I can confirm to you that the scheme does not pay below minimum wage.

To be honest, this is a job post and not an opinion post. However, we understand your view.

We will ensure all the people employed are adults (so they can make their own decisions) and we'll ensure they are not paid less than minimum wage for listing up to 3,000 items a month.

We will also consider paying our staff on weekly basis, so they get paid for 750 items per week.

We will try to be fair but we can not guarantee to satisfy everyone.

I think you should review the job description with current reality. This job is 2 in one. Marketing and Data entry. One first has to find interested people to register and list. The other is to list. 3000 listings amount to 100 listings a day. How do one find interested merchants and list 100 items in a day at the same time. For 1k per day. Have you entered the field and tried this yourselves.?

Thank you for the screenshot, but you would understand not everyone will have the skill to make the amount you made, and making $495 in April so far on fiverr is not a thing you achieved overnight.

I still agree with you our pay rate may not satisfy you, but that's what we are able to offer and we will stand by our offer, no one will be forced to take the job.

And I'm not helping any specific person on Fiverr, it's either I choose to make a general topic on how to do it, or I don't help at all.

This post shouldn't be a reason for name-calling, our wages structure may be something you don't agree with, but be rest assured. If we offer 300,000 a month for the same job some people will still complain.

My Fiverr earning is from two jobs alone man, even while I was a beginner, I wasn't given so difficult task for a small pay, all I'm saying is that you need to consider your employees and 30k is nothing

Like I already wrote, many would jumped into this without second, I don’t blame them though, I blame the state of things in the country.

However, it doesn’t change the fact that your offer is slavery. You don’t need to explain anything boss. Even in my present financial state, I’d give it 10th thought if it was 30k/300 entries

Honestly, our money is becoming useless on a daily basis, inflation everywhere.

Carry 50k enter market, e go shock you after you finish buy enter your house back.

With our bulk lister, 300 items is something you can do in 5hours. Ofcourse the number looks big but we built resources to make it very easy to execute the task.

I know a few people in Nigeria, earning 80k a month but spending 30k+ on transportation, then the travel time and the timeliness requirement is hellish. I am not defending or commending anything, but a company's salary or wages structure is totally their decision but I appreciate your freedom of expression.

The fact of the matter is, we don't have to help our sellers to get set up on the platform, we chose to do it at a cost we can afford, we will not force anyone to accept our offer.

This is what our bulk lister looks like, completing 1 line = 1 item. You will agree with me that completing 200lines a day is almost as simple as tying One A4 page.

It may take 3hours to complete 200lines, but working for 4hours a day for 30days using this system will earn you 70k a month without having to go further than businesses around you. Some of them will even send you their store on another website to transfer over.

We will not get things right at once, we are a work in progress, but we will grow at a steady pace.
