Ngara - 22,000 wanted a piece of these 1400 units. More are getting built. County gov is providing free land...bring the cost DOWN. Nairobi land is very expensive.

Cost incentive - Free Approval Fee - 50% tax - NO VAT on materials - and FREE LAND.

And then economies of scale....from many units.

All combined bring the cost of a unit to even 10K usd.
